In the above rates VAT and municipal taxes are included. Prices are set for the whole villa per night.


OFFERS



Special Offer for low and medium seasons: 10% discount for staying 7 or more nights.

Special Offer for the three seasons: 10% discount for each stay paid at least 3 months before arrival.



TERMS AND POLICIES



PAYMENTS





According to GNTO regulations, an initial deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of stay is required to confirm a reservation. The deposit is payable via bank transfer or credit card (Visa/MasterCard). As soon as the deposit is cleared we will email you the reservation voucher.

The initial deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining balance (70%) is payable 30 days before the expected day of arrival. No refunds will be made during the last 30 days before the expected day of the arrival.



AGREEMENT





Upon reservation confirmation, the guest is considered fully aware and in agreement to our policies.



DAMAGES





Please respect the property! If an accidental damage occurs during your stay please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to come into a common agreement regarding its replacement or the reimbursement of its value.



PETS





Pets are generally welcome; however, it is mandatory that the guest notifies us before the reservation is confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY



31 DAYS OR MORE



The deposit is non-refundable even if the cancellation is made 31 days or more before the scheduled date of arrival.



30 DAYS OR LESS



The total cost of stay will be charged for cancelations made during the last 30 days before the expected day of arrival.



NOTICE



Written notification is required in order to cancel a confirmed reservation.



NO SHOW UP



The total cost of stay will be charged in case of early departures or no show up.
