Villa Aspa
Paros is built on two levels, the ground floor and the first floor.
The ground floor of the villa has a comfortable sitting room with a two- and three-seater sofa (which is configured in two singles or a double bed as needed), a flat TV and a stereo. Spacious, equipped functional kitchen with a dining area for 8 people and furnishings guiding you to the traditional Cycladic atmosphere, with wonderful touches of white, turquoise and sand color.
The ground floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The bedroom Avra, (Avra in the Greek language means “sea-breeze”) overlooking the East, the garden, the hill with the chapel of Saint Antonios and the sea.
The bedroom Nassia, (it comes from the Greek word ‘’Athanasia’’ which means "immortality") overlooking the West, the countryside and the hill with the wonderful smells of nature.
Both bedrooms with double beds, ceiling fans, spacious wardrobes, inspire for wonderful relaxation in beautiful island touches of decoration in fluffy cotton-satin bedding and comfortable mattresses.
The functional bathroom with shower, made with pressed cement mortar, a traditional decoration technique, having its roots in Greece and especially in our islands, is a combination of tradition and modern aesthetics.
On the ground floor you can enjoy your meal or drink at the dining areas and outdoor lounges on the two large verandas of the villa under the pergolas. One overlooking Prodromos and Marpissa and the other overlooking the garden and the sea.
On the first
floor
Going up to the first floor using the marble staircase, you will see the master bedroom Yria (one of the ancient names of Paros) with the king size bed made of iron and decoration in the colors of light blue, black and white. There is a private bathroom made by pressed cement mortar, a space with style and character
Opening the balcony door you will be taken to the balcony of 40 sqm, with the pergola, where you can enjoy the sunset, the moonlight, the starry sky, dining while admiring the panoramic view of the sea (Molos and Tsoukalia beaches), Prodromos village and the hill of Saint Antonios chapel. It is so easy to become your favorite corner, your family’s and your friends’ as well.
Outdoor areas
The villa is built on an estate of 2.5 acres with trees such as almond tree, apricot tree, fig tree, palm trees, various plants, lawns in landscaped small gardens.
There is plenty of space for private parking.
The fully equipped barbecue with grill and traditional wood oven with the comfortable seating area and built-in sofa, motivates you to create even more beautiful moments together with your family, your mate or your friends, satisfying your palate!
